Ritchie Gaydos, the owner/operator of Winter Haven Softwash LLC, began painting houses in 1982. He started his own painting & pressure cleaning company in 1989. He added to his life experience by accepting a managerial position with Sherwin Williams in 2004, and worked as a store manager until September of 2019.

This was the second time we used Ritchie. The first time was after seeing him washing a neighbors roof. We contacted him for the same service and he did not disappoint. He was prompt, (a rarity itself) and courteous, and immediatly insured that the surrounding shrubbery was protected. He does not rush the job. He obviously takes pride in his work. And when he's finished he takes his time to clean up any mess. We were impressed and immediately got a quote to have our pavers cleaned. His price was reasonable and we just had that job completed. Again, he took his time and made sure no area was missed. And at the end he spent a great deal of time washing the mess out to the street and into the nearest drain. So I would highly recommend Ritchie. He will give you a fair quote, will show up promptly when promised and will do a fantastic job!
