"I started this company a few years ago when I noticed a disparity in the quality and pricing of the services we now provide to Polk county. The larger, fully licensed organizations were charging exorbitant fees for mediocre work. The smaller companies were either unlicensed, uninsured, or both.
I saw a niche that needed to be filled. We provide top quality services for a fee that won't make you "house poor." As the owner/operator of Winter Haven Softwash LLC, I communicate personally with every customer to assure that all work is performed to your specifications and to maintain the standard of professionalism that is so important to every home and business owner!"

After you contact us and schedule an appointment, we visit you at your property and evaluate your needs and make suggestions as to the steps you need to take to improve your real estate investment.
Color Selection and consultation
If you need interior or exterior painting, we work with you to select the right colors for your property.
Free estimates and color samples
We provide two(2) free color samples with every signed painting contract and give you a fair market estimate for labor and materials.
Continuous communication
We communicate constantly with every customer to assure you are satisfied with the quality and progress of your project.
The Finishing

At the conclusion of every project, we have the customer inspect our work and evaluate any unmet expectations.
Our Quality Guarantee
For painting projects, we recommend using only the best quality Sherwin Williams products. We will carefully explain the vast difference in paint brands and qualities and the importance of choosing the right product for your project. We only recommend products that we have used personally on our own homes and business, and are guaranteed to withstand years of the harsh environmental conditions here in Florida!

Winter Haven Softwash LLC is a small outfit and we don't spend a great deal of money on advertising, and we pass that savings on to our customers. We don't want to get "too big for our britches" and start charging people for our egos and not the quality you come to expect from "professionals."
